At Sperdrg, yor day will be all abot making cstomers feel amazing, sharing or amazing Star Bys, and helping everyone leave the store feeling great.

Yo'll be right there spporting the management team with the day-to-day rnning of the store, driving sales, and delivering the kind of cstomer service that keeps people coming back. From keeping shelves stocked and the store looking its best, to helping redce shrinkage and till errors, yo'll play a big part in helping the team hit targets and keep things rnning smoothly.

What yo'll bring to the role:
Spervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
nderstanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; inclding sales, profit and service
The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
Willingness to carry ot piercing services for or cstomers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
