We encourage applications from anyone with the skills and attitude to do the role. It matters to us that every candidate is treated fairly and has the access they need to do the job well.
How to ask for an adjustment
Tell us in the "Assistance required" section on the "Additional requirements" page of your application form, or email [email protected]. Do this as early as you can, and before the vacancy closes, so we can arrange things properly rather than on the day.
What you can ask for
There is no fixed list. People commonly ask for step-free access at interview, a Language Service Professional if you are deaf, extra time, questions in advance, breaks, or a different format for our in-person assessment stage. If what you need is not mentioned anywhere, ask anyway.
The Disability Confident Scheme
We support the Disability Confident Scheme, which makes it our responsibility to make reasonable adjustments so candidates can deliver their best.
Our sites
Our largest sites are Bristol and Nuneaton, with a presence at Millbrook and a Dangerous Goods team in Leatherhead. All UK offices offer free parking.
