Disability Matters at UKRI

Inclusion is the most fundamental aspect of EDI, much more so than diversity. Leading with inclusion will enable everyone to thrive within a diverse working environment that gives everyone equal opportunities to reach their full potential. To do this, we all need to work together, listen, learn and, most importantly, not be afraid to ask questions and have challenging conversations, particularly when it comes to disability. This is where the Disability Matters Network can help to make UKRI a more inclusive workplace, through providing support and a unified voice for colleagues with disabilities, impairments, and health conditions across UKRI.
