Although the CandE Awards is a competition, it exists to enable any company to benchmark and improve their candidate experience. Any corporation that is interested in enhancing the candidate experience they provide, regardless of sophistication, will benefit from participating in the benchmark process. Companies that participate can receive access to data that benchmarks their candidate experience against the aggregate of all winners.
The distinguished EMEA Award winners are decided from a comprehensive evaluation process that consists of an employer survey as well as a Talent Board survey of each employer’s yearly employment candidates.
In addition to being recognised as a winner of the CandE Awards, four organisations are designated as “With Distinction” winners. These organisations are identified for implementing innovative or standout practices throughout the recruiting cycle.
