Of London's university students, over 50% are female, 44% are from an ethnic minority background and 17% are black.

Rare was set up in 2005 by Managing Director and founder Raphael Mokades.
Sir David Bell has been Rare's unpaid and non-executive Chairman since the company's foundation. In that time, Rare has grown from a staff of 1 to a team of twenty-three, and from a handful of clients to several dozen: while our scale has changed, our ethos and values remain the same.
