We are a selective network basing entry on candidate seniority and professional merit.
CWN’s mission is to be of service, primarily to its members and corporates, but also to business in general. We aim to do this in three ways.
Connections: Through the rigour of the selection process, CWN provides a high calibre environment for members to make connections and grow their professional network.
Development: CWN is committed to providing events and opportunities to support members in their professional development.
Advancement: CWN believes in the economic and business value of gender diversity. CWN is here to help and add its voice to members and the wider community.
CWN was founded in 1978 as a network for senior women within the Square Mile, now our members are senior women in a wide range of roles including managing and executive directors, partners, non-executive directors, trustees and entrepreneurs as well as senior figures in public service and the professions.
Today CWN attracts women from a variety of sectors including technology, management consulting, media, real estate and publishing.
