Our Student Information Service launched in September 2018 and aims to provide a single first point-of-contact for student enquiries, enabling students to find the right answer to straightforward questions quickly and to access more in-depth help if they need it.
We are looking for a new Student Information Service adviser to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same and we are looking for someone who is energetic and adaptable with great people skills. You will already have experience of a customer-facing role and be committed to supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds.
