The vacancy

Are you an accomplished Strategy Programme Manager looking for an opportunity to drive impactful change and make a meaningful difference? Bromford are seeking a talented individual to lead the delivery of our key strategic objectives for the period of 2023-2027. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of projects and initiatives essential to realizing our strategic vision. Your mandate will be to ensure delivery is consistently high standard, within budget, and meets professional requirements.

To excel in this position, you must bring extensive experience in senior programme or portfolio management roles, coupled with a proven track record of managing transformation programmes within service-driven organizations. You'll be adept at managing senior/C-suite level stakeholders and possess the ability to translate complex data and technology challenges into clear and simple solutions.

Commercially savvy, you'll have an understanding of legal constructs and frameworks, enabling you to navigate strategic initiatives effectively. Holding a recent Prince2, Prince2 Agile, APM, Agile, or similar project management qualification, you'll be a moderate to expert user of systems such as Microsoft Project Online/Enterprise, MS Office 365, SharePoint, and DevOps.

Your commitment to delivering excellent customer service will be paramount, as will your flexibility, open-mindedness, analytical skills, and collaborative approach. You thrive on creative thinking and are solution-focused, always seeking innovative ways to drive success and exceed expectations.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our 'roaming' position where you can be based from any of our workspaces in Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton, Lichfield, or Chipping Sodbury. You'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces and home, offering the perfect balance. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your vehicle are a must for this dynamic role.
