Location: Remote/ Local Depot

9 Month fixed term contract

What will you be doing?
  • Responsible for sourcing qualified client opportunities on behalf of the Regional Development Managers, building their pipelines
  • Creating innovative marketing and networking strategies, in order to break through to the relevant markets.
  • Utilising your vibrant personality you will develop and maintain quality relationships with prospective customers.
  • Qualify and manage a contact strategy for your prospects.
  • Attending team meetings across the region and reporting on opportunities generated and challenges encountered
  • Accompanying RDM on site visits and cold calling to better understand the service offering
  • You will schedule a number of prospective customer appointments and manage and build a pipeline of opportunities from the first call to the first appointment.
  • Coaching your team to optimise their performance
What are we looking for?
  • You will possess competent verbal and written communication skills, together with the ability to work at pace whilst remaining detail-focused.
  • This role requires you to be hungry to succeed, with the ability to also work within a small team. Your success will be rewarded with an uncapped commission scheme, as well as a whole host of Veolia benefits.
  • Innovative, solution-focused, self-motivated, and well-organised individuals
  • Collaboration and team-focused, working within a multifaceted role.
  • Competent IT ability is a requirement. Knowledge of Environmental services is not essential but would be useful.
  • People management and coaching skills
