The Choice and Control Peer Coaching Programme is an innovative and award winning service that works with people with both mental health and physical health issues.  The Programme has grown with over 20 Peer Coaches now offering this fantastic service.

This role is for experienced Peer Coaches/workers to play a leadership role within the existing Choice and Control Peer Coaching Programme by taking up key operational and strategic roles.  The role will be key in ensuring the service continues to be steered by lived experience of mental health issues by providing supervision to existing Peer Coaches, ensuring oversight of creation and delivery of operational policies and participation in programme planning and delivery.

Please note that is a fixed term contract likely to be extended
