The Estates and Academic Environment Department at LSBU is seeking Residence Quality Assurance Officer to join our team.
You will be a dynamic individual who enjoys customer interaction. You'll be travelling around our halls of residence, conducting property inspections and audits, identifying maintenance and cleaning issues and ensuring accommodation is in optimum condition.
We are looking for somebody with a sharp eye for detail and who has experience of carrying out property inspections. You'll be able to demonstrate excellent customer service with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for the customer.
