The recruitment coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview and assessment scheduling, reporting, producing MI and team administration. The role will be part of EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and will support Experienced Hires and Graduate Recruitment across the region.
What You'll Do
Experienced Hire Recruitment
Assisting with interview scheduling; to include booking, coordinating both candidates and managers diaries, room bookings, travel, accommodation and catering requests
Assisting with the management of the Recruitment Inbox and responding to applications and queries as appropriate
Assisting in facilitation of assessments
Drafting of employment offers and contracts
Assisting the Recruitment Team with maintaining recruitment trackers both in Excel and Taleo
Responsible for data integrity and adherence to audit in Taleo
Producing and recording agency terms of business
Assisting with ad-hoc reports
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Recruitment service and processes to the business
Processing of invoices and expenses
Supporting the Recruitment team with reviewing and/or screening CVs wherever possible
Corresponding with and creating great relationships with all recruiting managers and stakeholders
Ownership and management of the Post Recruitment Interview process with new starters, including highlighting immediate concerns with the Recruitment team and HR and producing quarterly reports identifying trends, areas for improvement and suggestions for these
Ad hoc recruitment projects
Graduate Recruitment (including Interns)
Support the Senior Recruiter with screening of graduate applications
Assessment Centre scheduling; to include booking, co-ordinating both candidates and managers diaries, room bookings, travel, accommodation, catering requests and expenses processing
Assisting in facilitation of interviews and assessments
Attending careers fairs and being an ambassador of FTI
Support the Visa process for all interns and grads requiring legal right to work in the UK
Managing job postings, assembling interview documents, processing reimbursements, preparing offer letters and sending new hire documentation
Support campus recruitment planning, work with career centres to manage campus recruiting logistics, organise events and ship materials
Organising and facilitating hosted events
Maintaining applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics
Managing the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate enquires
Responding to hiring managers' general enquires in a timely manner
Participating in ad hoc projects across campus marketing and recruitment

Qualifications & Skills
Pragmatic with a 'can do' attitude with an energetic and forward thinking
Exemplary attention to detail and highly organised to keep all recruitment records and systems updated
Ability to build strong rapport/relationships at all levels across the business
Ability to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
Methodical approach to work and strong prioritisation skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR/Recruitment
Proven background in working in office administration. Experience in professional services would be an advantage
Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages
Kowledge of Taleo or other Applicant Tracking System would be an advantage
