We are looking for an experienced and confident PA to work closely with the Director of Operations and Operations Business Manager, and to provide high-level, confidential support to them and to the Operations Leadership Team.
With high attention to detail and excellent administrative skills, you will manage the Director's diary and mailbox, taking judgement calls on priorities in our very busy working environment. You will be supporting the Director of Operations who is incredibly busy; you will be a trusted colleague who will be proactive, forward thinking, highly organised, adaptable and robust.
The office base for the successful candidate is flexible but the role requires regular travel to London and NW England where the Director of Operations is based
