Salary: 55k + £550 Car Allowance P/M + 20% Annual Bonus

What you'll be doing;

• Lead the collection, transfer station & HWRC teams and maintain a management figure to employees
• Effectively communicate company decisions that are made to promote the companies values and morals
• Hold and provide clear feedback and guidance in 121 meetings with staff
• Promote good safety behaviours for all site users and employees
• Ensure all staff are trained to comply with competency standards
• Engage with union representatives on a regular basis
• Liaise with the client to continue a good working relationship
• Ensure the site is offering a service that is inline with the contractual KPI's
• Alongside the General Manager explore opportunities to improve financial / commercial opportunities

What we're looking for;

• Experience within managing a waste facility
• An in date CPC
• IOSHH Qualification
