What you'll be doing;

• To operate the weighbridge systems in accordance with the Duty of Care regulations, waste management permit and & procedures, and maintain reliable, adequate and accurate records thereof in a timely manner
• Weighing in and out LCC RCV's and 3rd party vehicles
• Weighing in and out deliveries and collections
• Managing the paperwork associated with the above vehicles
• To provide a prompt & efficient service to clients, 3rd party haulage subcontractors and to assist them wherever safe, practical and necessary
• To report to direct line management any breach of rules, act of dishonesty, malpractice or corruption by any member of the public, visitors to the site, or member of staff
• To be courteous to customers at all times, thereby providing exemplary customer service
• Acting as first point of contact for any vehicles to resolve any issues/problems with the delivery / collection of the goods
• Helping out with loading of Bulkers and pushing up of waste using a CAT 950M Shovel

What we're looking for;

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good standard of Maths, English and IT
• Previous weighbridge knowledge is desirable
• Yellow Plant Licence would be preferable but not essential as training would be provided
