Exciting Opportunity: National Account Manager - FM Sector

We are seeking an experienced and driven National Account Manager to join our Facilities Management team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing our high-profile national accounts and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage and develop a portfolio of key national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings
  • Drive performance by monitoring and achieving KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance service delivery
  • Manage and mentor a National Account Executive, providing guidance and leadership
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar national account management role, preferably within the FM sector
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Desirable)
