Salary: £37,500 + £500 P/M Company Car + Annual Bonus

What you'll be doing;

• Ensuring that the Site is compliant with current Safety and Environmental related Legislation at all times including completion and submission of all relevant paperwork, managing interactions and recording waste movements.
  
• Maintaining the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of the Site team at all times along with site visitors and 3rd party contractors ensuring standards are in line with HSE guidance.
  
• Provide effective P&L management for the relevant business unit ensuring budgets are fully controlled as well as working with the finance team with regards to forecasting and development of an annual budget.
  
• Managing the process of receiving, treating, transferring and storing all Wastes in line with the environmental permit and any waste related legislation whilst delivering an efficient operation.
  
• Managing the maintenance team to ensure maximum plant availability and efficiency at all times, this includes the implementation of all PPM works, repairs and breakdowns and equipment improvements.
  
• Managing and supporting site Personnel in line with any ER related processes that are within the user's authority level understanding core internal HR procedures in relation to employment legislation.To develop a team of competent staff and employees reviewing both skill levels and performance to identify training needs and development plans.
  
• Manage and Deliver the business objectives in line with employee and Client Contracts Retain Existing Veolia Business, where applicable, by providing a comprehensive service delivery programme.
  

What we're looking for;

• Certificate of technical competence or equivalent (desirable)
  
• IOSH Qualification
  
• Management experience
  
• Good knowledge of waste legislation
