This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team at EY, helping the business to win in the marketplace through creating deep client relationships, exploring major opportunities for revenue growth and consistent reputation building.

The Opportunity:

The role will support the Forensic & Integrity Services Marketing Manager, and the Assurance Marketing team in the management and deployment of insight-led content marketing campaigns and relationship development programmes to strengthen engagement with key buyers and influencers. This role gives you the perfect opportunity to become part of an award-winning brand, marketing and communication team in professional services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You'll spend most of your time providing full support to BMC programmes, using CRM and marketing automation tools, building and managing strong relationships with internal clients, campaign managers and wider support teams. You will contribute creative ideas and use your digital and social media marketing skills to develop campaigns and create the most effective internal and external client engagement. You will help develop innovative events that engage our key clients.

In your role you will manage the production and execution of agreed deliverables within timelines and budget. Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and internal clients
  • Supporting integrated campaigns and communication activities with a strong digital element as well as face to face events
  • Managing performance: ability to track project progress against plan
  • Understanding of core brand, marketing and communication principles, coupled with a strong commercial drive and the ability to deliver high-quality marketing activities that deliver return on investment
  • Developing key brand and risk compliance strategies

To qualify for the role you must have:
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Strong team player/collaborator attributes
  • Strong IT skills and digital skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project management skills with a sound attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
  • A relevant degree/ equivalent qualification, or qualification through experience is desirable but not essential
Ideally, you'll also have:
  • An enthusiastic, resourceful, pro-active, can-do approach
  • The ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritise effectively
  • The ability to learn new systems, processes and skills quickly
  • The ability to work well unsupervised and use initiative, where required
  • Experience of working in large/matrix or fast-growth organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements
