This is a fantastic opportunity to join EY's Learning and Development Team

The Opportunity:

As part of the newly created UKFS Learning team you will be critical to deployment of our learning curriculum. You will be responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of courses across UK Financial Services and supporting the Operational Manager to support the team's processes and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As Learning Co-ordinator for the UKFS L&D team you will support our consultants and managers to deploy our global and local curriculum of courses and learning events. You will work with our support teams off-shore to ensure our business receive world class learning and development. You will also support our Operations Manager to ensure our team is running efficiently, serving the business to the best of its ability as well as supporting our budget management processes.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Support the management of a portfolio of courses working with the Learning Consultant. Examples of responsibilities are included below
  • the initial set up of courses and classes, including input request into the LAS system
  • the initial and ongoing monitoring of participant nominations when managed by the GDS
  • venue booking and accommodation management

To qualify for the role you must have:
  • Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can do approach
  • Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
  • Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint. Particular focus on Excel skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and efficiencies
  • A background and experience in learning deployment and coordination is useful but is not a prerequisite
Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organised, with an attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm
