As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Field Sales Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Reports To: Head of Key Accounts

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Richmond UK, (Remote - Must be based in London/South East )

About the role:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share within a designated territory.
    • Identify and prioritise prospective clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target dealerships.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions that meet client needs requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with prospective clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to capitalise on emerging opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proven track record of success in field sales and business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role.
  • Whilst motor industry experience; specifically, knowledge of manufacturers and the used car market would be desirable, high awareness of excellent customer service and a sincere desire to exceed is essential
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Valid drivers' licence and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
