IT Site support is a critical customer facing part of the IT function, providing support and guidance to colleague's over multiple sites when they have problems or during change implementations. We are looking for a new Analyst to provide on-site support to work alongside the existing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the following activities:
Provide excellent technical support and guidance for IT systems for colleagues at VM Stores, Lounge, Head office and main office sites
Efficiently and accurately provision all supported IT hardware and software
Represent the team, drive forward ways to improve the office working environment - strong team player
Apply exceptional customer service skill ensuring regular communication with internal colleagues and go the extra mile with every call, email or request handled
Provide on-site support for alternative Virgin money locations, be flexible with unsociable working hours and be willing to provide 24 hour support
Liaise/escalate with third parties and other support roots to analyse and troubleshoot outstanding issues
Provide excellent, one to one support for executive members and provide support for meetings on/off site
Provide a first class customer service experience within IT Service and set an example for all colleague's to follow
Excellent planning, prioritisation and organising skills, allowing you to deliver under pressure and in a changing environment
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience, or the ability to develop this knowledge.
Experience of working within an IT support team, with a proven track record in colleague support roles
Sound understanding of Microsoft OS packages and Apple OS
Experience of PC configuration / Installation
Experience of implementation of applications in client/service environment
Knowledge of mobile telephony
Knowledge of Video conference solution
Experience of event management
Experience of the incident and problem management framework
Good knowledge of change management processes and a strong appreciation of IT industry standards
Possess excellent communication (both verbal and written)

Salary: £25,500 - £37,500 + excellent benefits
