What will you be doing?

• Identify commercial environmental opportunities for our customers and prospects. Proposing and quantifying impacts for existing initiatives or developing new innovations. The role holder will need to quantify and sell the proposed solutions to the customer and demonstrate impact.
• Drive sustainability through innovative solutions, helping customers take significant steps towards a Net Zero future
• Demonstrate and deliver market leading innovative solutions
• Quantify and communicate the impact to customers in verbal, written and presentation formats.
• Responsible for writing proposals, project plans and reports to a high standard. Therefore excellent written and excel skills are critical.
• Expected to be able to take ownership of a number of existing projects at different phases. Responsible for prioritising and evolving projects through an evolving innovation project management process.
• Support driving sustainable leadership for Veolia's commercial team

What are we looking for?

• Sustainability Consultancy from Analyst level
• Project Management (any industry) from Project Coordinator level
• Founder of Circular Economy related start-up.
• MSc in Sustainability or Environmental related fields
• Understanding of sustainability issues beyond recycling, notably Net-Zero and biodiversity loss challenges in the resource sector.
• Entrepreneurial and customer orientated; ability to identify commercial opportunities and communicate the value for clients
• Full UK driving licence
