An Exchange Online Service Lead in our head offices in Swindon.
Salary £50,000 - £73,000 a year (dependent on skills and experience) based on a permanent, 35 hours per week, contract.

As a part of our migration of our corporate email to Office 365, we need to build our support capability to ensure we continue to support our colleagues and meet the challenge of an evergreen service. In this role, you'll act as an SME for the support of our email service into the organisation.
Who we're looking for
As a minimum requirement you'll:
have a degree or equivalent qualification
have experience of managing or working with a corporate email system at enterprise level
have managed and worked with email mail flow technologies and protocols such as SMTP, IMAP and POP3
understand email routing requirements
have an understanding of Email Security and Anti Spoofing approaches
be a team player, self-motivated, able to work in pressurised situations and prioritise workloads effectively
It would be nice if you also had:
Financial industry experience
MCP or equivalent IT industry qualifications
Broad understanding of client connectivity to email such as mobile devices, OWA and Outlook
