As Data Quality & Selections Manager, you will help ensure our data-driven and supporter-centric approach to fundraising, campaigning and engagement is facilitated by maximising the use of our CRM and associated data systems. We will look to you to provide high quality data about WWF supporters and campaigns to anyone within the organisation who needs it. This will mean you developing, maintaining and managing a suite of data quality and management processes across our supporter information systems and supporting the timely delivery of data to assist evolving fundraising and engagement communications. This will include guaranteeing accuracy, defining and sharing business rules as well as correcting and updating data. Important too will be the ability to motivate and develop a high performing team as well as allocate resources effectively.
You must have experience of data management processes & techniques as well as line management expertise You will be used to communicating targets and setting objectives too. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of fundraising and marketing processes, campaigns, supporter journeys and new product development. A strong project manager, you will be comfortable developing, monitoring and managing new processes, standards, or operational plans in support of organisational strategy. Resourceful, logical and analytical, you will possess an eye for detail and excellent communication, planning and relationship building skills.
