Criminal Investigation Directorate Attendance Allowance (CIDAA) - BASE TIER
CIDAA is paid to FIS officers within a three-tiered structure that reflects the attendance requirement for the jobholder's role. Additionally, there are separate rates for each of the tiers, to reflect the difference between the London and National pay areas.
CIDAA is paid monthly with salary and is a category 2 attendance allowance. It is reviewed each year and the amount and scope of each tier are subject to change.

Selection process details
This vacancy is using Success Profiles , and will assess your Behaviours, Strengths and Ability.
After submission of your application you will be invited to complete three online tests (Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, and Situational Judgement test). You must be successful at each stage to progress to the next test.
Online Tests will close 2nd April 2019. Please complete the online tests as soon as possible as there will be no technical help or guaranteed assistance with online tests after 3pm on 2nd April 2019.
There will be scheduled maintenance on the Verbal and Numerical Reasoning Tests on the following date:

If you attempt to access the tests during this time they will be unavailable. Please plan accordingly as the closing dates for the tests is 02/04/2019.
The tests are taken online and we will send you an invitation and provide full instructions on how to complete the test. Guidance for each test will be available when you are invited to take the test. The tests are administered online and accessed via the CS Jobs website. Please ensure that if you experience any technical issues you report these to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Please note that online tests associated with this vacancy are not subject to time limits.
