And that's where you come in... Who we're looking for People with the following experience and knowledge:
An understanding of requirements definition and business modelling on change initiatives.
Experience of working within a Business Designer or equivalent role demonstrating an understanding of Business analysis and Business solution architecture.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to challenge and influence where required.
Ability to understand technical discussions and issues and translate for a Business audience and vice-versa.
Understanding of business processes and how technology supports the business and / or good working knowledge of technical applications and the software development lifecycle.
It would be nice if you had:
Relevant professional qualification in Analysis and Business Solution Design disciplines, such as ISEB/BCS modules/diploma.
Experience of working collaboratively within an Agile delivery model
What you'll be doing
Work as part of an Agile delivery team working closely with other Business Designers, Product owners and technical teams.
Support the design of Business solutions, ensuring alignment to Business outcomes.
Contribute to delivery of solutions by producting outputs including as-is analysis, process diagrams, high and low-level requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Provide analysis services, balancing the trade-offs across performance, cost and time, making recommendations for resolutions.
Maintain solution traceability between business requirements and solution design
Provide timely updates to your team and staekholders on progress, risks and issues
Share lessons learnt and provide feedback as requested.
Design new or continuously improve optimised processes taking into consideration the end to end customer experience.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure that a business solution is fit-for-purpose and successfully embedded.
Collaborate with colleagues inside and outside of your team and build effective relationships
