SM - Sales & Marketing

Reporting to the Head of Intermediary Sales

This role will be based in the North-East, and will be accountable for the development of agreed strategic accounts. Meeting and exceeding expectations against all required deliverables within the AIG Life sales plan.

Key Responsibilites:
  • Responsibility for sales, business quality and commercial performance for an agreed panel of strategic accounts.
  • Manage marketing agreements and associated budgets for panel of strategic accounts.
  • Develop and drive sales approach across the sales function to ensure effective delivery of sales plan for each account.
  • Contribute to the sales leadership team and work with sales colleagues to help deliver the overall sales plan.
  • Work with colleagues across AIG Life to develop and deliver account requirements.
  • Commit to personal development plans, activity levels and key role objectives to support the business plan.
  • Frequent UK travel including some overnight stays.
