This role will be based in the North-East, and will be accountable for the development of agreed strategic accounts. Meeting and exceeding expectations against all required deliverables within the AIG Life sales plan.
Responsibility for sales, business quality and commercial performance for an agreed panel of strategic accounts.
Manage marketing agreements and associated budgets for panel of strategic accounts.
Develop and drive sales approach across the sales function to ensure effective delivery of sales plan for each account.
Contribute to the sales leadership team and work with sales colleagues to help deliver the overall sales plan.
Work with colleagues across AIG Life to develop and deliver account requirements.
Commit to personal development plans, activity levels and key role objectives to support the business plan.
Frequent UK travel including some overnight stays.
Graduate calibre who is numerate and articulate and displays strong relationship management skills.
