What you'll be doing:The purpose of this is to provide accounting and administrative support to the Heat Network finance team. This support will involve gaining experience from the current team to grow within the region to take on responsibility for some contracts. Within this role you will:
- Support with the monthly management accounts
- Maintain monthly management account postings
- Reviewing Analytical data
- Completing balance Sheet and processing reconciliations
- Reviewing project efficiencies for revenue and costs
- Monthly reconciliation of payroll expenses for the team
- Support with Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist with Audit Queries for internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:- Working towards an accountancy qualification with a recognised UK accounting body (e.g AAT qualified or progressing to CIMA, ACCA)
- Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- Experience and understanding of the Google Suite such as Google Docs, sheets, meet, calendars
