Job description

We are recruiting for an Account Director to join the HD Decisions team and lead our engagement with a portfolio of Experian's largest strategic banking clients.

HD Decisions (HDD) is an innovative, rapidly growing FinTech company that was acquired by Experian in 2014. It offers a start-up culture combined with Experian's corporate company benefits and is a place where colleagues can make a real impact to the business & industry.

HDD brings together analytical insight, rich data sources and flexible, real-time web based applications to drive value. We develop data and technology products for the financial services market specialising in pre-qualification services. Our tools help price comparison websites and financial services providers to better understand their customers and match them to the most suitable products, radically improving the value proposition for the consumer and increasing revenues. This role will take responsibility for leading HDD's engagement with an existing portfolio of strategic banking clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for a client portfolio with an annual revenue of c£10m.
- Ownership and development of client relationships, both high and wide, throughout the strategic client portfolio.
- Work in partnership with clients to identify value creation opportunities throughout the portfolio and across the breadth of HDD's capabilities; develop and execute the corresponding plans.
- Establish the value proposition for every client service deployed and manage the ROI achievement for each with the support of the client dedicated HDD analyst teams.
- Achieve revenue budgets by leading our commercial engagement including; Go-To-Market strategy, compelling proposals, pricing strategy, contracting, relationship management.
- Understanding the marketplace objectives, trends and shifts; contribute significantly towards HD Decision's product, proposition and strategic roadmap.

Essential
- Strong commercial awareness and aptitude
- Prior experience in a consultative, relationship management focussed role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Organised and with excellent attention to detail
- The agility to respond in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional demeanour under pressure
