Working Families and Carers Network at Taylor Wimpey

We fully recognise that our colleague population juggling caring responsibilities with working life is broader than just the parents among us. So whether you are a parent, someone with parental or guardian responsibility, a grandparent or other family member providing caring and support for others, or a carer for a family member or friend, you are very welcome here and we hope you find information and support resources of interest and benefit to you.

We have a Steering Committee (member details to the right) who have been actively working on our network aims and objectives, and we are looking for more members to join us to bring great ideas, help set up and run events from time to time, and most importantly, ensure we represent the working families and carers population within Taylor Wimpey. 

We're delighted to continue our conversations as a Working Families & Carers Network - following the success of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Conference this year, we would love for colleagues to be involved in how we shape the objectives of the group for 2023/2024 and support our overall strategy by becoming "Better Tomorrow".
