Women in Power at SSE

Right now, there’s a gap in female talent in business leadership. Women are underrepresented in senior roles in just about every industry, particularly in the energy sector.

That’s why we’re working to create a culture where equality, fairness and diversity are not just intentions but actions. Because we know that brilliant leadership requires diverse perspectives, experiences and skills. That means recognising that everyone has different needs and aspirations, and that there can be many changes in the course of a career.
