This toolkit contains information for transgender staff, and their line managers to ensure that transgender individuals receive appropriate support. Aims and Objectives

This toolkit is for transgender staff, and their line managers, and provides guidance on the support available. The aim is to ensure that those who are undergoing or have undergone gender-reassignment receive the same respect and fairness of treatment as other MOD staff.
