Ali Pennicott is now an apprentice, training to become a Homeownership and Commercial Officer
Ali said: ''I applied for my apprenticeship, as I was keen to work in a more customer-facing role within LiveWest. An apprenticeship qualification was a requirement for my role, so I went for it. I have been working for 40 years so I found studying again a bit of a challenge but my apprenticeship has enabled me to work in an area of the company that really interests me and given me confidence in my ability to learn again.
I love working for LiveWest! The training that I have undergone during my apprenticeship has provided me with a real solid foundation for new knowledge, I like knowing that LiveWest are happy to invest in training for all colleagues.
Once I am qualified, I am really looking forward to using my new skills as a Homeownership and Commercial Officer.''
