Diversity and Inclusion 101 - An interactive session covering various aspects of diversity and inclusion including allyship, intersectionality, unconscious bias, microaggressions, authenticity and how to foster inclusion in the workplace. The session is designed for all levels and applies a global lens to diversity and inclusion across regions. Diversity and Inclusion E-Learning Programme - A global e-learning programme providing 11 bitesize learning modules on a variety of topics, such as allyship, stereotypes and bias, microaggressions, the big D&I questions, understanding identities and how-to-guides. Inclusive Hiring Training - Training providing an overview of the FT recruitment process and how to manage an inclusive end to end hiring process. Open to anyone involved in hiring processes. Next Generation Board - The Next Generation Board (NGB) is a group of emerging leaders who represent different business areas and interests across the FT. Each NGB member is paired with a member of the FT Group Management Board to provide reverse mentoring and exchange feedback and ideas.
