Staff Network Groups at UK Athletics
Our Colleague Action Group (CAG) is a colleague group made up of representatives from each department who meet bi-monthly to discuss the ideas, views and opinions of employees.
Purpose: To share and discuss the ideas, views and opinions of employees to support the organisation to evolve and improve.
Focus Areas:
- Staff policies and procedures
- HR related issues
- Organisational changes
- Equality & Diversity
- Health & Safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass the views and concerns of their nominated team members prior to meetings and provide timely feedback following CAG meetings.
- Make employees' views known to the Chair by submitting constructive views.
- Help strengthen both management's and employees' understanding of workplace issues and other matters affecting the business.
- Help create an atmosphere of mutual trust between employees and management and therefore improve workplace relations.
- Actively promote the core values – Respect, Accountability, Communication, Quality and Integrity
