Returners Programme at Lloyds Banking Group

Lloyds Banking Group support a 'Returners Programme' dedicated to talented professionals who have taken a break from their career and are now ready to return to work.

Recognising that the transition back to work can be a challenge this 16-week internship programme is designed specifically with this in mind - with the aim of offering you a permanent position at the end.

As you'd expect, salaries vary depending on the business area and the type of role that you're appointed into. 

To qualify, you'll need to be returning from a break of (minimum) two years and whilst you're likely to have worked within professional services or banking, it's your experience, drive and transferable leadership skills that are important.

  • Commercial Banking Returners Programme 
  • Group Operations Returners Programme 
  • Group Operations IT Returners Programme 
  • Group Change Management Returners Programme
