Returners Programme at ISG

Our returners programme supports talented professionals who have taken an extended career break as they return to the workplace.

What can you expect from the programme?

• A six-month paid employment opportunity, with a strong possibility of a permanent role at the end of the programme
• Specialised coaching from Women Returners to support your return to the workplace
• A mentor to guide you through your Returners placement
• A buddy to assist you in learning the ropes
• Access to a suite of training and learning opportunities
• A programme of learning and networking opportunities with ISG leaders
• An opportunity to revamp your skills, update your CV with new experience, and grow your network.

ISG offers hybrid office/home working and all flexible working requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the manager.

Who is it for?

To be eligible and apply for the programme, you must be an experienced professional who has the right to work in the UK and has taken a career break of 18 months or more. You may have been working on a part-time, or freelance, basis to fit around your other commitments, or you may not have done any paid work during this time.

When can you apply?

The Returners Programme will be running on an annual basis, starting every September with applications being accepted from April.
