A diverse and inclusive workforce is imperative to making a successful business, and we are delighted to see even more companies joining the campaign.
We’ve also partnered with Circl. The Circl Leadership Development Programme is the first of its kind. Circl takes professionals from the UK’s most exciting businesses and provides them with coaching skill training alongside young adults from underrepresented backgrounds. This means our employees learn to coach through real life experience with diverse young talent; not only developing themselves, but also providing an incredible opportunity for a young future leader.
In August we welcomed global D&I champion June Sarpong OBE to our monthly business update. The time flew by and the power of open conversation, shared experiences, and deep desire for positive change made for a highly empowering session.
We’re more committed than ever to driving awareness and education on the topic of diversity and inclusion – for our people, business, and the wider community.
Thought provoking and sometimes uncomfortable conversations relating to D&I are essential, and we must push forward. At D&G we recognise we have a way to go, but we’re here for it!
