Employee Network FT Embrace: our ethnically diverse employee-led network that works to inform and educate individuals about their experiences and raises cultural awareness through open discussions and events. The group is committed to creating and maintaining a supportive environment for all. Career Development - We offer confidential career coaching, mentoring and a range of training courses, including a development programme designed for women, people from ethnic minority backgrounds and individuals that identify as LGBTQ+. Recruitment and selection - We commit to creating as diverse as possible shortlists for all open roles across the FT. We aim for interview shortlists to include representation of men and women and representation from different ethnicities, reflecting the local labour market.
