In the Generation Network – one of DBT’s Diversity and Inclusion networks – we have our own multi-generational team aiming to not only make DBT a great place to work for people of all ages, but also to ensure age is a key consideration for DBT in recruiting, training, and retaining hard working colleagues and candidates!

As Generation Network Co-Chairs, we know that life is a rollercoaster ride with different needs at different stages. To get the best out of a multi-generational team we believe you need to have varied support options. Whether that is flexible working requirements to care for elderly parents or children, or financial advice or adjustments for age-related health issues such as pregnancy and menopause. Also, we are aware that age-diverse mentoring/reverse mentoring schemes can support career development at all stages of life and effectively pass on valuable institutional memory.
