Gender Equality & Identity at Revolent

Gender identity has been at the forefront of our EDI efforts since the beginning and remains a focus for us in many ways.

Our employees have a platform to come together to discuss gender identity on a regular basis via our Employee Social Group, Identity Matters, and we are pleased that so many of our employees have chosen to display their gender identity pronouns on their email signatures. We have seen great engagement at several internal events celebrating gender equality, for example, the event we hosted to celebrate International Women’s Day last year, titled “Women in Tech: Are You Ready to Rise?”, as part of our business-wide Smart Women Week.

In order to further establish our position as leaders in gender equality within the tech industry, we have partnered with various external organisations and programmes, including the Tech She Can Charter and the Tech Talent Charter, and we have been proud sponsors of the Women in IT Summit & Awards Series since 2017.

Furthermore, we are pleased to partner with our sister brand, Frank Recruitment Group, on the delivery of an informative Whitepaper and Vodcast series titled “Tech’s Leading Women: Nine Lessons on Gender, Culture and Building an Inclusive Workforce”, as well as the 2021 launch of MentorMe, a mentoring programme aimed at women in the technology industry.

As of December 2021, 35% of our total employees identify as female and women represent 50% of our leadership team.
