Welcome to VERCIDA website.
Skip to main contentOur balanced working agreement allows employees to split their time between home and the office. We hope that by providing our staff with freedom and flexibility in how they work, we’ll be able to continue to cultivate the high levels of productivity, engagement and loyalty that makes Hays such a rewarding place to work. This is very much aligned with our purpose and our values, as balanced working helps us to reinforce our passion for people and showcase our ability to be innovative and embrace new ways of working.
We also provide informal flexible working whereby you are able to occasionally start and finish up to an hour earlier or later from your current contractual work pattern. We appreciate that many of you may only need ad hoc or occasional changes to your start and finish times to achieve the flexibility you need.
“Hays offering flexibility has revolutionised my personal situation having returned from maternity leave in the last 6 months. With 10 years’ experience of working for the company this has meant I can continue my career with Hays as meets my personal circumstances and needs.”
“Hybrid working has been a very positive change to my working life and home life.”
