Employee Resource Groups at MSCI

MSCI sponsors several ERGs. We build on this foundations to further a highly inclusive and diverse culture. Each group promotes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with a broad range of actions that include MSCI employees and our communities.

 

• MSCI Pride

ERG for LGBTQ+ employees and allies help to create an inclusive culture where all MSCI employees can be their authentic selves by crating awareness through education and community building, engaging with leading LGBTQ+ organizations and advancing LGBTQ+ policies and protections around the world.

 

• Black Leadership Network

The BLN seeks to attract and retain Black employees through increased and focused recruiting, mentorship, professional development and networking opportunities.

 

• Women’s Leadership Forum

The Women’s Leadership Forum promotes leadership skills development. The WLF believes in “Inspiring and Encouraging Leaders.”

 

• Women in Tech

Launched as part of the WLF and sponsored by the Chief Technology Officer, WIT’s mission is to create a community across MSCI for women in technical roles.

 

• Asian Support Network

The mission of MSCI’s Asian Support Network is to create an inclusive space for MSCI’s Asian colleagues while striving to affirm Asian identities and experiences, promote educational, cultural and social awareness, as well as empower leadership and professional opportunities.

 

• All Abilities

The All Abilities ERG is for people with disabilities as well as their friends/allies. The group was newly formed in 2021 and plans to roll out a number of initiatives and host regular/ ongoing events.

 

• Hola! MSCI

As MSCI’s newest ERG, Hola! MSCI’s mission is to unite and develop the MSCI Hispanic community by empowering, inspiring and connecting employees, allies, and clients.

 

• Climate Action Network

The goal of the Climate Action Network is to Support MSCI's Corporate Responsibility climate agenda by helping to broadcast and educate employees across offices, and providing ideas and feedback on how to create change in local offices.
