Employee Assistance Programmes at Veolia

Care First, our Employee Assistance Programme, gives all Veolia colleagues and their families access to all manner of support resources including confidential counselling. All of these resources and services are free of charge to Veolia employees.

Care First provides specialist information on all of life's challenges including;stress, pregnancy, debt, relationship issues, bereavement, legal queries, managing work-life balance and much more.

Counsellors are also available 24/7 via telephone to offer support, advice and counselling on any workplace or personal related issues. These counsellors are all professionally qualified and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
