Skip to main contentWe have an Early Careers established Apprenticeship Programme – more than 50% of apprentices secure other roles at ACE before the end of their apprenticeship,
Investors in People Gold – extensive L&D opportunities, with a focus on developing individuals not just for their current role, but also their future careers.
We have apprenticeship roles across our organisation, with the opportunity to study for an official qualification - all funded by Arts Council England.
You’ll be supported by colleagues with extensive experience, who are passionate about the work they do. They’ll teach you the hands-on skills you need to be successful - at the Arts Council and elsewhere.
We work with organisations and individuals across the arts, museums and libraries – from theatre to digital art, reading to dance, music to literature, crafts to collections. An apprenticeship at the Arts Council will give you unique experience to continue a career in this vibrant sector.
We’re one of only 3% of organisations in the UK to have been awarded Investors in People gold. We invest in the growth and development of all our staff, including professional qualifications, in-house and external training courses, conferences, e-learning and more. We encourage individuals and teams to keep learning and developing, with flexible opportunities for staff at all levels.
We’re committed to attracting and recruiting a diverse range of people - we welcome applications from all candidates who meet the criteria for the role. We’re also a Disability Confident employer.
All our apprentices are paid competitive salaries that reflect the work you do. They’re also eligible for all the same benefits as other Arts Council employees, including generous annual leave, shopping discounts, travel loans, a pension scheme and childcare vouchers.
Share your experience, tips and advice with other job seekers on how they can land their dream job. The best contributions will get published!
