Disability at OMG
The main focus so far from this network has been sharing agency initiatives and progress as well as setting our objectives that we want to aspire to as a team and as a collective of agencies. Those objectives are as follows:
- Create an agency-wide culture of acceptance, of confidence and disclosure
- Provide continuous education to all teams and hiring managers, in understanding and supporting existing and potential employees
- Develop sympathetic and flexible working conditions practices; branching in-office working and working from home
- Ensure that the work produced by OMG is representative of people with disabilities
We are currently fleshing these out with appropriate KPIs for both long-term and short-term objectives as well as looking at potential partners that can help us accelerate in this area.
