Charity and volunteering
Zurich employees are encouraged to get involved in charitable and community activity and can do so in a number of ways. Through the Zurich Community Trust employees can volunteer as part of our transformation programmes (for example, over 100 Zurich employees take part in our older people telephone befriending service ‘A Call in Time’), skillshare or through our ‘Challenge’ programme.
Give As You Earn
Employees are able to donate to charities through our Give As You Earn scheme and regularly undertake fundraising activities to raise money for both local and national charity partners.
Community Week
The entire Zurich Group holds ‘Community Week’ each year in June. This gives us an opportunity to make an extra effort to do something special in our communities as well as allowing us to celebrate the work we do throughout the year
