Established in 2020, the Connect LGBTQ+ network aims to better support our employees to bring their whole selves to work. This furthers our commitment in putting people first and celebrating our differences as an asset.
The network is inclusive of both LGBTQ+ employees and allies alike, with one member of the network commenting:
As a direct result of the network members' effort so far, we have inspired and supported a number of our people to be their best selves at work. we’re actively working with employees to improve our family friendly policies and have recently support the transition of a transgender colleague
