Asian and Allies Network at Birmingham City Council

Birmingham City Council’s Asian and Allies Network aims to enhance inclusivity and understanding of the different Asian cultures and predominant beliefs and faiths that shape us as individuals. We provide employees impacted by cultural and faith related activities with a safe platform, support and educate non-Asian employees, colleagues and managers on the main practices by the Asian workforce in Birmingham City Council, and build Allyship within the council to support ethnic minorities to be their authentic selves.
