These meetings are an opportunity for a targeted group of practitioners to come together in a confidential environment to discuss common issues, good practice and solutions to issues. There is an emphasis on delegate discussion and sharing of experience.
The Management and Construction Peer Learning Forum (PLF) aims to bring together key players from the Construction, Engineering and Management Consultancy industry to improve performance on equality, diversity and inclusion within the sector.
The Forum will be setting the scene and exploring opportunities for tackling key issues affecting participating organisations whilst discussing how best to progress diversity and engagement plans for better performance.
EDI practitioners and interested contacts within the sector are welcome to attend.
